Two of the function perfectly and one is a problem. Caster mechanism will not stay in upright position for travel. Unit locks securely but as soon as you begin to travel with ladder the wheels disengage and the front feet contact the ground. I looked at the assembly directios and nowhere does it say how to remedy this problem. Please reply immediately. We have been waiting for the ladders for weeks now only to be dissappointed with the product literature.
