I am interested in is a Rub tester which will suffice for the purpose of counting the no.of rubs on a 250 micron colored optical fiber. 2>The purpose of doing the rub test with solvent is to understand after how many rubs the color starts coming off from the sample. Right!!. Now what I want to understand is how does the machine senses that the color has come off and the machine needs to stop counting of the rubs. Or do we have to do it own our own like when we see that the color has started coming off so we need to stop the rubbing. 3> How many specimens (dimension above)at a time it can handle?And what would be the length of the specimen?
