We will be going into an office or commercial environment and for a period of 1 week (maximum 2 weeks) to run a comparison test for prospective client. The assumption is they would have a 4' long florescent fixture, this fixture could have 2 X 4' FTL's or 4 X 4' FTL tubes per fixture in one continuous run. We would attach 1 temporary Sub- Meter for example to 10 fixtures on the left side with FTL's and another temporary Sub-Meter on 10 fixtures on the right side that we would measure a row of 4' LED Tube Lights. The Sub-Meters would be at eye level for both the client and us to be able to easily monitor the watt's consumed by the Flourescent Tube Lights and the LED. So we are looking at a meter that has the capacity to be able to monitor 10 fixtures (920 Watts to 1,720 Watts) or 20 fixtures (1,840 Watts to 3,680 Watts). The monitoring device should be designed to withstand a power surge. It would need to be a Single Phase Digital Panel Watt Meter for measuring the wattage of lights.
