(这是一条买家关于"Quote for a wire clamp"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Quote for a wire clamp I have a drawing (Solidwork and .pdf) for a spring clip we would like to have built for testing. This part is essentially a clamp that is opened by squeezing the two raised ends together with your fingers, placed over a steel cylinder, and released to stay in place. We are not experts in selecting the right material for this application so suggestions are welcome (material, process, diameter). It is placed inside an optical instrument so corrosion (rusting) must be avoided. We would like to build 5 to test the concept and if it works we would need to order in the neighborhood of 400/year. I assume that for the larger build quantity you probably would need to create some tooling but for the smaller quantity we really don’t want to spend a lot of money on tooling since the design may not work as planned. We would prefer for the first 5 to pay more for hands on labor and less for tooling as you might imagine. Let me know what you think. If the design is too difficult in shape maybe we can discuss options to simplify the fabrication.
