Based on the information provided by you we prepare a final quote adding our commission and send it to you back for your verification and signature and back to us along with product catalogues if any. We will take care of submission of quotes to end user. Our commission has to be paid by you on receipt of your payment from end user. This has to be confirmed in writing to avoid disputes at a later stage. Important: They consider only the lowest price hence the price should be competitive at the first instance. e) In case the offer is technically suitable and our price happens to be lowest, order will be placed on you and payments will be made directly by the end user to you. f) Once the offer is opened, the correspondence in this regard will be done directly with you by the end user. General Terms and conditions: 1) Validity: Offer should be 120 days from the date of opening. 2) Payment: 100/90% by letter of credit. L/C bank charges incurred in India are to the account of the purchaser and in abroad to the seller. 3) Liquidated damages: Penalty for delayed supply is a must. Hence the delivery period should be more than the normal delivery period to avoid penalty for delayed supplies. 4) warranty: Minimum 12 months from the date of usage wherever applicable. Installation and commissioning if required and training if any has to be clearly mentioned in the quote.
