In turn, they sold this in an engineered high flow rate, small foot print blending system to their client, Accelon Corporation. This Accelon ? blender system was demonstrated to be very adaptable, fully automatic, and to precisely meter and make stable emulsions from three different liquids, an alcohol, a distillate hydrocarbon and a blending additive. Among their many applications, such emulsions are suitable for agriculture, industrial, chemical process, and combustion fuel uses. This Accelon ? blender was commissioned and proof tested, but for market reasons once sold it was never used. It is in Bakersfield, California and immediately available, currently stored and charged with dry nitrogen gas. We have now been asked to sell this complete new Accelon ? blender and are offering a sales commission if you assist us. Are you interested? Brief technical highlights of the Accelon ? blender: Easy to use, the self contained Accelon ? blender has full-color touch screen PLC intuitive controls and will be sold with a detailed operator’s manual and training DVD. It is a fully instrumented welded blending module with all wetted flow-paths made of stainless steel. It can continuously pump, meter, in-line mix, record data, and report all flows within 0.5% precision. Its gear pumps are driven by feed-back controlled variable speed motors to achieve this tight flow control. Because of these gear pumps, it delivers even viscous liquids with a 70% dynamic turn-down flow range. Easy to site, it delivers product emulsions and accepts raw liquids at a single easy access ‘common-rail manifold’ of API Cam Lock, electrically grounded liquid connectors. All product made is on-specification because of the 300 gallon internal stainless steel storage tank which allows retention of any off spec liquids and low quantity re-blending as needed to achieve product specifications with zero waste. The Accelon ? blender was fabricated by ARB in Bakersfield, California with American made, quick maintenance, reliable mechanicals. It meets all CSA (Canadian Standards Association) requirements and is approved for import into Canada. As well it meets the code requirements of ASME, UL, and the National Electric Code - Class 1, Division 2, Group D explosion-proof. It has a standard 3 phase, 240 volt, 60 Hz electrical connection. It accommodates three different types of blending additive source containers: an on-board 100 gallon hard plumbed stainless steel tank, an on-board 275 gallon HDPE steel framed tote connected by a flex hose with a valve, or an on-roof 20’ long 9,000 gallon shipping container. For high reliability and consistent product quality, all incoming fluids are filtered within the Accelon ? blender to remove 5 micron or larger particles to less than 100 ppm, and if water contamination were a concern, it also incorporates a coalescing filter to remove free water down to 100 ppm. Physical security is excellent. The Accelon ? blender is self contained in its own 20’ long, 8.6’ wide, and 8.6’ high, fully enclosed module that weighs less than 20,000 pounds. It offers lockable outer and inner equipment room doors. It can be operated remotely with control, data reporting and security information communicated by an integral Internet modem. If desired, the Accelon blender can be sold or leased with a license to the proprietary Accelon ? stabilizing nano-emulsion additives. This is a brief technical summary. The Accelon ? blender is an excellent commercial unit that quickly demonstrates the outstanding features of Bematek’s in-line mixer. It could be a valuable asset to Bematek or to one of your customers, saving the time and expense of fabricating a fully integrated mixing system.
