It is Model FH 150A automatic that was manufactured 03/2004. The extinguisher is empty and Florida does not allow Halon. What do you suggest I do to replace or refill the extinguisher. I am the second owner of the boat and apparently the extinguisher leaked in that it was never set off by me or the previous owner.
