Contract Line Item One is for One Rock Screen Separator; Rock Tough Inc. model # ABRR 14 or equivalent by other manufacturer. The salient physical characteristics are: Rock screen will have the ability to separate materials as small as 1.5" and as large as 24"; Design will be non-powered gravity screen which allows select material dumped by a loader to fall through the screen assembly and oversize materials to fall away, causing separation; Adjustment of separator deck bars shall be able to be performed manually with the use of hand tools; Separator deck bar construction shall consist of 4"x4"x3/8"square steel tubing set on edge; Separator deck bars shall be adjustable in one inch increments; The separator deck angle shall be set at 40 degrees to facilitate maximum separation; All exposed surfaces shall be painted with yellow industrial enamel intended for use on metal surfaces; Support frame shall be made of 6"x6"x1/4" square steel tubing; Support frame shall be enclosed on three sides by 1/4" steel plate; Total weight with separation deck set for 4" separation shall not exceed 8500 lbs; Overall dimensions shall be 14' wide x 9.5' high x 7' deep. Contract Line Item Two, an Option Item, is for delivery to Crater Lake National Park, Maintenance Yard, Park Headquarters, 4 miles north of Hwy 62. Deliveries may be made between 8:00am- 4:00pm, Monday-Friday. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (to be completed and provided with quotation); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (applicable are: (5)(i)-52.219-6; (16)-52.222-26; (17)-52.222-35; (18)-52.222-36; (19)-52.222-37; (21)-52.225-1; and (29)-52.232-33.
