I represent Schattdecor, a gravure printer who is opening its first North American production facility in St. Louis Missouri later this year. Like I said I am requesting a quote for a manual cutter, as we are only going to be cutting about 20 cores a day we do not need anything automated. Our technical specifications are as followed: The wall thickness for the paper cores are 15mm (0.59”).Our cores have an outside diameter of 106mm (4.17”) and will be about 207cm (82”) long with the average size we will be cutting them down to is 162cm (63.8”). If possible we would also like to have a mounted ruler on the cutter for ease of access. If you need any more information please let me know.
