I am the Environmental Coordinator for Acetate Fibers Division at Eastman Chemical Company, located in Kingsport, Tn. Several years ago we purchased a baling unit from your company. The model and serial number are the same (#5456), with a manufacture date of August - 1991. We are working to comply with EPA's Oil Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) regulations. This baler has an oil reservoir mounted on a metal plate over the cylinder. The dimensions of the reservoir are 16"x29"x45" and the capacity of the reservoir is ~90 gallons. The SPCC regulations require that all containers of oil with a capacity of 55 gallons or more have some type of secondary containment. Does your company have in stock, or can you fabricate some type of catch pan, box, or other type of container which can be mounted around the reservoir on this baler model that will contain 90 gallons of hydraulic oil in case the reservoir leaks?
