This is an inquiry message about Customer service in the 108th China Canton Fair. (这是一条买家关于"Customer service"的询盘信息,来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Customer service On Aug. 5th 2008, I received terrible customer service for the Schofield WI location. The office was telephoned on 4 occasions in order to try to set up a time to purchase shavings for our farm. Three times, I was put into voice mail and finally was able to talk to Roger. I expressed my concern of needing to get shavings, but was unable to make the staircase at the mill because of a short-term disability. A time was set up and I was asked to call before I got to the mill. I called at 2:45 to let them know I would be there at 3:00pm. Again, I got a voice mail, but left a message. Roger was very helpful on the phone in assuring I would be taken care of. A description of my truck was given prior to my arrival. At 3:00pn, I arrived and parked in front of the doorway of the dept. At 3:10 I had not be helped. I made contact later with other employees outside and was told I would be helped. Later, a ""Lisa"" showed up at my window with a bill (now 3:15 and 90 degrees outside) I explained that I was still not loaded, she said she would send someone out. At 3:30 I phoned the office from my vehicle and was directed again, to a voice mail. I explained I still had not been loaded and it had now been 20 min. Finally at 3:40, a gentlemen loaded my truck. Lisa then came back out with my bill and her statement to me was "" you need to understand that shift change is at 3:00"" I told Lisa, that I was not informed of that and that I had called several times throughout the day to let the company know about my arrival. She responded that "" You should take it up with Roger, not me."" she left with my payment of 101.91 and never even thanked me for my purchase. For the past 20 years of my life, I thrive for good customer service everyday. I always put myself in the shoes of the customer, and put my customer first. This was not the first time I have purchased shavings from your mill. In fact, I run a very large equine business and refer my clients to your company. I will no longer do so. I understand that I needed the smallest amount of extra customer service because of my short term disability, however; It was not my fault that your stairs are not handicap accessible. I would certainly hope this issue will be discussed with ""Lisa"", so as to be sure she brushes up on her customer service. Overall, the fact that the process took 45 min. was one thing, but the service I received was horrible. Thank you for your time, and I hope that my letter can better service your future customers.
