Product Donations This is an inquiry message about Product Donations in the 108th China Canton Fair. I am writing on behalf of Walden House, one of the largest providers of substance abuse services for adults and adolescents in California. During the process of recovery, we engage in preparing our clients for a smooth re-entry into society! We have people that arrive straight from the Judicial System or from the streets, feeling hopeless. We provide them with their life essentials while in treatment, such as food, clothing & hygiene’s. Once they’ve participated & completed an extensive treatment plan, they’re encouraged to pursue their education and become involved in our job training program. We believe that proper grounding is a crucial element of a sound interview. It is our goal to prepare the client with a good foundation and long term sobriety. We are hoping you could help us with any type of Product Donation. In the 39 years since we first opened our doors as a local drug and alcohol treatment center, Walden House has evolved into a national leader in developing strategies to help addicts recover and maintain their lives. Today's Walden House helps treat more than 3,400 men, women, and children daily, offering the challenges, focus, and compassion necessary for people to change their lives and reach their full potential. Walden House engages, heals, teaches, trains, houses, clothes, and feeds people with alcohol and other drug addictions in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and throughout California. Often these people are the most difficult to reach: the mentally ill, people with AIDS, the socio-economically deprived, those caught in the revolving door of the criminal justice system, and the homeless. None of this important work, however, could happen without our generous community partners and we hope we can count on your support as we seek to fulfill the Walden House motto: giving hope ~ changing lives.
