We are in the final stages of development of some custom products, and need to lococate some heavy duty elastic. In Black or yellow. the elastic will ultimately be cut 2"" long and must be able to stretch up to 3"" long. This is a commericial application. The item we are making is 5"" tall and 22"" long. The elastic ""strip"" is located 4"" in from one of the ends. In other words this 22"" thing must be able to stretch to atleast 23"" Can you help? can you send a sample?
