In summary: - Tronica will forward all relevant supply and/ or service request to the Chinese partner company. - The Chinese partner company will utilize its Chinese presence, our appointed staff stationed with the Chinese company, its expertise and information, in sourcing the products. - Price quotations and supply/ service conditions will be forwarded to Tronica, which Tronica will in turn forward to the client/ customer. - Payments to suppliers will be on COD basis (or as agreed on each instance) and payable by Tronica or through its stationed staff - Mark ups and profits will be agreed between Tronica and the Chinese partner company and applied once. - Profits will be determined as charge to customer less CIF, bank and Customs costs only. - Profits sharing will be 60% to Tronica and 40% to Chinese Partner Company.
