It should not have punctures, cracks, tears, delamination, pressurized wrinkles of one layer displaced towards another, pressurized wrinkles of film inside the reel. There should not be foreign inclusions between film layers during lamination and between the film layers inside the reel. There should not be gels sized more than 2 mm. There can be gels sized less than 2 mm, but their quantity should not exceed 20 pcs per 1 square meter of film. Joints and their marking – Red or other visible scotch tape on the reel’s side end There should not be more than 2 joint markings on the reel The film should be suitable for food use and have a Sanitary-and-Epidemiologic Certificate issued by the Federal Department of Human Rights Supervision (Russian Federation) Core diameter – 76 mm (core length is 4-5 mm bigger than the reel width) Reel diameter 700 mm max Width 1. 1020 mm 2. 670 mm Reel winding: sealing layer inside, РЕТmet/РЕ layer outside. Reel edges should be even, without displaced towards each other layers inside the reel. The reels should be packed waterproof, placed on pallets in such a way as to avoid deformation of reels. The reels should not come out the pallet size and should be properly fixed on a pallet to avoid reel movements during the process of transportation. Strength characteristics will be tested at Testometric 250-2,5 СТ test machine.
