Development Project of Financial Services of Azerbaijan Republic Credit No. 4030 Procurement of computer equipments for “Azerpost” SE IB No. AZP/ICB/02.Tender proposals will be opened in the following address on September 20, 2006 at 15:30 (local time) with participation of the representatives of bidders. ANNOUNCES AN OPEN TENDER 1. This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in Development Business, issue no. 600 of August 16, 2005. 2. The Government of Azerbaijan has received a credit in various currency from the International Development Association toward the cost of the Development Project of Financial Services, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments for procurement of computer equipments for “Azerpost” SE. 3. “Azerpost” SE is an executive organization on project and invites bidders to submit their sealed tender proposals for provision of the following goods and services: - individual computers - printers 4. Tender will be conducted through the international competitive tender procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines. 5.
