I am looking for processed Tuna for use in the Sandwich industry here in the UK. Specifically Katsowunus pelamis, Thunnus Albacares and Thunnus Obesus in a 7kg vac pack with a 5% brine solution. Secondly, skipjack tuna in brine in a 3kg can composition 86.67% tuna 12.83% water and 0.5% salt.
