PRODUCTION PROCESS ? Best quality of carbon steel rolled in different sizes blanks suitable to the products to manufacture. ? Furnace- steel blanks are bought to a temperature of 1200 degree C for forging in different stage. Grinding- Each piece is properly grinding on striking sides for maximum impact. ? Heat treatment- Ensures that tools are bought to proper hardness to avoid being chipped during normal use. ? Powder Coating/Painting/Finishing- Superior powder coating/painting under temperature gives glossy finish depending on requirement. ? Packing/ stuffing- Finally each piece is put in a polyethylene bag, in order to maintain it a rust free environment prior to master carton/wooden packing.
