I was looking at toddler back packs with a harness that straps accross the chest and waist with a detachable lead that is 1 meter long for an adult to hold on to. The measurements for the bag would be:Height 22cms Width 17cms and thickness 4cmsThe small front zip pocket Height 14cms width 12cms thickness 2.5cmsWith a netting on the side of the bag that is 11cms in height to fit a drink bottle.
