Dear Sr.We are still looking for Aluminium sheets continuous casting line. We use scrap Aluminium (house ware Aluminium). The line should be in case to melt scrap of Aluminium and finally to produce Alu - Plates (sheets) with thickness 3-3.5 mm . (used or new equipment and machines). 4-8 t /day.The line has:- melting furnace- continuous casting machine.- cold Rolling mills width 50-150 cm to produce of Aluminium (sheets) plates . the rolling mills have chrome surface, so the Aluminium plate surface is as mirror.- tension leveler.- die set shear.- heat treatment furnace (annealing furnace). We prefer that the complete line is built not older than year 2000 (or new).the machines with electric power (the furnace too).
