We still need vacum pump for nitrogen gas to vacum from equipment.....see detail we need booster pump & Vacum pump 1. Nitrogen Booster shall be suitable to pump from 0 to 211 kg/cm2 (0-3000 PSI). 2. Suitable to Connect/ pump from Cylinder to a storage tank or cylinder to cylinder. The Nitrogen Booster can be electrically or hydraulic or Pneumatic operated 3. Shall have accessories to connect the above tank / cylinders (10 Meters high pressure flexible steel hoses for inlet and outlet, heavy-duty pressure gauges for inlet and outlet & all necessary fittings)4. Safety devises such as high pressure relief vale etc..5. 250 liter capacity (Maximum 600mm diameter & 1000mm length). Tank shall withstand 281 kg/cm2 (4000 PSI) and shall have pressure gauge to read the storage pressure. Nitrogen storage tank shall be equipped with Drain Valve.6. Storage tank shall has 2 inches header connected with tank outlets equipped with high pressure gauge and three (3) ball valves outlets7. Suitable vacuum pump to reach below 1 torr (133.3224 Pascal) to pump out nitrogen from the equipment8. The vacuum pump shall have gauge to read vacuum pressure in the tank.9. Vacuum Pump shall be suitable for 110V/220V 60Hz single phase with connecting cable minimum 25 meters length.10. One grounding cable, 120sqmm diameter made of copper, ten meters length connected to the trailer and all metallic parts shall be grounded11. The Nitrogen Booster, Vacuum Pump & the Storage tank shall be housed in a weather proof enclosure that is suitable to be used in outdoor in KSA environment and the outdoor ambient temperature shall reach 55oC or higher12. The enclosure shall be mounted on the trailer13. Houses and fittings shall be kept in locked box installed in the trailer14. All fabricated parts must be primed and painted to give adequate Middle East Environment protection15. Paint system shall consist of epoxy primer and finish coat of Polyurethane, Omaha Orange and Black trailer underneath parts16. Protective Coating for Ocean Shipment 17. All warning labels / decals and danger notices shall be in English and Arabic18. Cabinet Enclosure in the trailer. (Specify size and location)19. One spare set for Hoses, valves and fittings shall be provided20. The literature and technical information shall be in English and all units shown in Metric System21.
