A decla ration / statement (as en closed form) where it would be indicated the company/manufacturer structure, the range of activities, the products, the premises and equipments/machinery, etc.2. Technical leaflets, catalogue or prospectuses, showing that the factory / supplier, is familiar with the required items and they have relative process lines, quality control, packing, etc..3. A statement from the factory / supplier that similar goods to those required are already been exported into other European Community countries (as attached copy).4. Copy of a valid ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance certificates, where it would be mentioned the goods to be provided (or their general descri ption).5. The manufacturing standards should be de clared and provide relative supporting documents as required per item and be CE approved. Copy of the CE approval certification should be provided.6. Test Reports are required per each item, issued by an approved testing authority/organization.7. A Letter of Intent, as per attached form, that shall be printed under factory’s letterhead, bearing their rubber stamp and signature.8. The project form of “Compliance Table” fully completed and stamped by the manufacturer.9.
