Dear Sir We are a company working in the field of waste oils collection, we need to separate water & solids from our oils so please can you supply us a 3 phase Disc centrifuge separator. to meet our requirements as following : 1- Our target output is 15-20 cubic meter per hour. 2- Our process will be as required ( not continues ). 3- We are collecting fuel oils mixed with sludge and light crude oils. 4- Oil viscosity is 80 Cst @ 15 degree and 30 Cst@ 50 degree & Gravity is 0.93. 5- Soilds content is 3%. 6- Our process is to filtrate the oils by basket filters ( 200 micron ) then after settling we are draining the water from the bottom ( water 30% ). 7- We are collecting from power station plants or water distillation plants. As we discussed please check if the disc centrifugal 3- phase separator can manage such materials to remove water from oil .Water content removal is the main problem . Waiting for your reply.
