We are looking for sheets of Polycarbonate honeycomb that have hexagonal cells approximately 8mm across with a depth of 18mm and the sheet to be cut into a circular shape 260mm in diameter. We need the material to be opaque and have a neutral color of 18 percent grey. These will be used in a new product of ours and would be ordered in quantities of approximately 2,500 at a time. We have seen very light polycarbonate honeycomb that is actually round tubes but we are looking for a true hexagonal structure with a heavier wall thickness for appearance reasons.
