Dear Sir, Our Company has formed under the company’s Act-1994 in Bangladesh. We have already purchased more than one hundred acres of land to cultivate Agar Agar in commercial base to export raw Agar wood in international market. In the 1st phase we planted about twenty thousand agar plants in 2002 which are growing gradually in good manner and favorable environment. After observing the successful results of such plantation, we are very much hopeful and also now we are trying to inaugurate our 2nd phase agar plantation in which we have targeted to plant 1, 00,000 Agar in our proposed area. Due to financial constraints, we are trying to do that job by joint collaboration with international traders/buyers, who are interested to do their agar business with us or who can process or extract agar oil from agar wood produced thereby. We are hopeful that we can harvest that 20,000 agar tree within 2014 which we planted in 2002. (Pls. See attached Pic # 01 & 02).
