Hello god afternon. I purchased a 9inch flip down dvd player from yourselves via ebay last may under commercial invoice dated 6.5.09 air waybil number 7485507223. This was professinaly installed into my BMW however last week the screen failed to light up and the DVD player failed to rotate although power is stil going to the unit as the interior lights illuminate. Please can you advise if there is a UK repair agent or if I can return it for replacement in the original box and packing under guarantee. Many thanks indeed. I want to receive:
