I am looking for plastic can rings. I have attached a photo of a couple of can rings. They are made of hdpe with additives for flexibility and UV protection. They are 8 1/2 X 4 1/4 .015 thick. The 6 big holes are to hold 6 cans of beer/soda. The other two big cuts are for 2 fingers to pick it up. The finished rings go on rolls of 4300 pieces. They weigh about 35 lbs, 57 rolls per ton, 245,100 pieces per ton. There is nothing special about these things that would require special production. They are die cut from sheets. I am looking to order 1 40 ft container per week. I would start with less if it is easier. As for quality, as ling as the rings hold the cans without the cans falling out, they are good to go. They are only used once, so biodegradable would be nice, but not necessary.Country:United States,
