I am shopping for a supplier to manufacture the bra straps.Here is what I need:The bra straps measure 21.5 inches or 54.5 centimeters fully extended, this measurement includes the bra hooks and sliders.The bra hooks are made of metel and appear to have a polyester coating which must be dyeable to other colors. The outer perimeters of the bra hook measure 14.25mm horizontally, and 12.65mm vertically, and must be capable of being assembled with a bra elastic width of 10mm, whether the bra strapping is clear or elastic.I will need price quotes for clear and elastic bra straps.The elastic bra strap displayed in the picture appears to be a polyester type of elastic bra strap. It measures 10mm wide. It also appears to have a felt or plush backing, with a finished smooth front that appears somewhat like satin in texture. It is exactly the same type of bra straps seen on the Victoria Secret bras if you are familiar.The picture shows a nude colored bra strap, but it is just to show dimensions and material type. I will need the elastic bra straps in other solid colors according to my fabric color specifications. Also the bra hooks and sliders will need to be dyed in the same matching colors.For the clear bra straps, only the bra hooks need dying, and preferred if the sliders are clear for the clear straps as well.Quantities ordered:As an example for the elastic bra straps, my initial total order will be around 3000 pair or more which will include different colors within this order. I will need between 500 - 1500 pair in each color under a single order of 3000 pair or more (for example: 1000 pair white +1000 pair black +1000 pair red = 3000 pair total) or another example (500 pair white +500 pair black +500 pair gray +500 pair green +500 pair nude +500 pair red = 3000 pair total).For the clear bra straps, the same quantities apply as above for the elastic bra straps.
