I want to establish a relationship with a candle maker. I am looking for heart shaped and scented candles that looks like chocolate. Can be in a box or packaged another way to look like a set. I want to buy at least 50 sets for my first order and more later on. I would prefer 100% soy candle, or any type of wax that will not be taxed as a anti-dumping by the US.
