Specifications of Quality: According to norm AWWA B -403-93 specially with respect to the following interjections: a) IMPURITIES: It will have to be pure and not to contain no soluble mineral or organic substances that can cause dangerous damages or effects in the health or the quality of the water. b) SIZE: It will have to be granular type whose sizes fulfill the following one: b.1) That the 100% of the material passes sieve no. 4; and b.2) That less of 90% does not pass sieve no. 10. c) Percentage of Aluminum content, not of 17% minor minimum like A 2 Or 3. d) Percentage of Iron content, 0.75% maximum one like Faith 2 Or 3. e) Suspended percentage of insoluble and material; it does not have to exceed 0.5% maximum.
