We can only open L/C at sight from a Bank in Iran.But the negociating bank is normally out of Iran like Dubai, France, Germany or even Seoul Korea.The Construction Bank of China accepts our L/C from Iran and there is no problem at all, you can call them and check it with them.We will also have the shippment inspected by SGS or B.
