Dear Sir/Madam,We are looking for supply of Aluminium fence panels. Specification as follows:Each panel size is 2390mm long x1200mm high? Aluminium grade is 6061? Top horizontal rectangle tube size is 38x25 single side punched with 16 diameter hole? Bottom horizontal rectangle tube size is 38x25 double sided punched with 16 diameter hole? There are 26 off 16 diameter holes in each top and bottom rectangle tubes. Each hole is centred at 90mm. Meaning distance between centre to centre is 90mm? All the verticals are 16 diameter round tubes which passes 10mm to the top of the rectangular 38x25 whereas the bottom one it passes right through and welded underneath and on top it is welded on left and right side.? Material thicknesses for horizontal rectangle sections is 38x25x1.6 and for vertical round tubes is 16x1.6 round tubes.? After fabrication all panels are fully powder coated in Gloss Black to Class 6 rating meaning it will have minimum 80 microm powder coat layer.? Once the powder coating is done all panels shall be wrapped in a thin foam sheets and taped around and stacked on top of each other as shown in my drawings.? In a 40foot container 300 panels can be fitted. 4 pallets of 50 panels each and 4 pallets of 25 panels each.? Pallet with 50 panels will have 1400mm height and 25 panels will have 700mm high.?
