I need to produce a head lamp for medical use during surgery. I'm using a 3watt 210 lumen LED. I need a manufacturer to produce this light for me. The light itself consists of the LED, lens, and aluminum casing and needs to be about 2cmX2cm or less and must weigh less than 8 grams. The battery pack is not attached to the light and will be on the operators belt. The light casing must be made of aluminum and likely needs a mould created. The lens on the light must focus the light to a spot about 13cm in diameter at a distance of about 60cm (works out to an angle of less than 10 degree ). The the lens needs to focus the light so that there is an even bright area of light with no leakage outside the lit area.
