We are looking for a fuel management software and integrated hardware system, using smart card technology to provide end-users with web-based access to their fuel purchase information, including but not limited to;1.Server software. To provide a smart card based vehicle and driver authorization solution and maintaining sales outlet records, with the ability to accept data from multiple geographically remote terminals linking in to the central server with GPRS always on connection with the option of synchronizing off-line transactions, when the terminal is operating during GPRS link communication failure. 2.Handheld GPRS enable POS terminalsEach terminal at each fuelling outlet should have an internal memory to store at least 5000 off line transactions. It should have a backup battery, rechargeable by mains 240v power.3.Cards and card printing equipment.Each card is encrypted with a secured key. Only cards that are issued by us will be read by the terminal. That is to say also, the terminal is also pre-installed the encryption key to only read smart cards that are issued by us.Country:Uganda
