Hi ,I need an automatic/semi-automatic screen-printing machine to print on Neoprene.The machine I need will ONLY print one colour (white) and ONLY print one size object.The object is a circular disk, FLAT, (63mm diameter) and it is 5mm thick. It is made out of Neoprene (wet-suit material) and has a non-slip rubber side with black nylon-material on the other side --we MUST print on the nylon side.I imagine a conveyer-belt system with manual loading on one side, advance forward to stop/print position, further forward to a stop/dry position (a small flash-dryer) and then fall off into a container.We will need to print 1000 to 3000 units per day with 8 to 12 DIFFERENT lay-outs.
