I am looking for a Lycra fabric that will glow under a black light. I am looking for color like Red, Blue, Purple, Sky Blue, Neon Pink(must glow Pink not Brown). It is very important that these fabrics Glow when place under a black light. I already buy fabrics but they do not glow under a Black light.8 l1 ?Country:USA
