There are two common types of dental thermoforming machine: pressure and vacuum. The machine we are looking for is a pressure forming one. we are looking for anyone who are familiar with this type of machine or have the capability to manufacture such machine, once provided with design specifications. We'd be happy to work together on the design of the machine for and fund the process needed to make that happen. I'm attaching two existing pressure thermoforming machines made by Germany for your reference. We are still working on the design specifications of our machine. Please let us know if you are interested in working together on this. ------------------- Some explanations about the pressure forming machine: A positive pressure forming machine works with Air pressure pressing the sheet against the mold "cavity". While a vacumm forming machine works by Vacuum drawing the part against the mold "cavity". Pressure Forming is a sophisticated version of the vacuum forming process utilizing air pressure as a forming aid to increase the detail on the mold side.
