IR spectrometry: IR spectrum of the substance must fully match absorbtion bands of IR spectrum of fenspirid hcl reference standard. 2. HPLC: retention time of main peak on chromatogramm of tested solution must match retention time of main peak on chromatogramm of fenspiride hcl reference solution. 3. Typical reaction for clorides Melting point From 220 C to 245 C pH from 4.5-6.5 (1% solution in water) Related impurities: impurity 1 no more than 0.1% impurity 2 no more than 0.2% Any single unknown impurity no more than 0.1% Total impurities - no more than 0.35% Sulphate ash - no more than 0.1% Heavy metals no more than 0.001% Loss on drying no more than 0.5% Organic residual solvents: ethanol no more than 0.3% Assay (titrimetry) not less than 99% and no more than 101% on dry basis Please confirm with technicians that product will be able to meet the above mentioned parameters, if no, then please ask them which of them they cannot meet.
