The following tests would be needed for these pencils: EN71 Part 1-3 Cadmium Phtalate PAH 36 pcs should be packed per transparent PVC drum and the order qty would be 1.500 drums / 36 pcs per tube. Please check if it would be possible to choose own colours for the pencils and also if they could be with glitter.
