采购内容Buy Charcoal **** Hidden Message *****Non sal lumpy charcoal, free from a brown wood and other foreign material as per the following specification duly packing in returnable gunny bag. I). Fixed carbon 70% minimum and accepted up to 65% on prorata, rejected below 65%. (20% weight age of the landed cost is considered for prorata calculation)Ii). Moisture 8% max, above 8% the material is to be accepted on prorata till 10% only (40% weightage of the landed cost is considered for prorata calculation)Iii). Size 20 to 60 mm (with tolerance of +/- 5% on either side only) i.e. <; 20% is acceptable to 5% max & >; 60% is acceptable to 5% max. (40% weightage of the landed cost is considered for prorata calculation)Also we would request to kindly comply to the following as well, A). Minimum delivery period after the LOI/PO.B).
