**** Hidden Message *****内容 Dear Mr. Wang I have purchased two of your SV series systems. A 16 channel board and a 32 channel board. I am not such an expert on these systems and find the manual very basic. I am often confused at how the system works and the manual does not explain many things. I wonder if you have a more comprehensive manual that I can access over the inter-net? I would also like to know if there are any software upgrades and where I can find them on the inter-net? Also, I am trying to find an alarm card and the dealer I purchased the SV boards from does not have a compatible one and does not supply one. Can you tell me where I can purchase an alarm card along with the information on how to drive them. I would be very grateful if you could help me.
