(Kaltman Creations LLC - www.RFAnalyzers.com) We are researching the possibility of using a PC, TV (Television) Tuner - USB based (sometimes called USB TV Sticks) for an RF application that is non-television related (not for television). Basically, we want to use the tuner aspect of the USB TV Stick to look at and analyze RF signals in the UHF bands. Initially, we project that annual sales will be about 1,200 units but we first have to determine if your product will work for our application. Requirements: PC compatible USB 2.0 The device must cover at a minimum frequency range of 400MHz to 800MHz (UHF). The device must be capability of receiving Analog RF signals (a combination digital and analog model is acceptable). Since we are using the USB TV Stick for an application other than television, we will need a programmer Software Developers Kit (SDK), the Software Library, and any other software developer tools available for the selected USB TV Stick model. This will enable us to create our own PC program to access the data coming from the USB TV Stick for our specialized application. If you are able to provide a model with the above requirements and also the programmers SDK, then we would be interesting in purchasing 2 samples for evaluation.
