We are also trying to establish the disposition of an order that a cashiers check for $30,000.00 USD was sent out the day before Mr. Jahadi's death. We have been informed by the office personnal that was working with Mr. Jahadi the that cashiers check was sent out FEDEX on Jan. 13, 2007 and that the order that it was sent out for was never received at the wharehouse here in San Diego, California.
