Below mentioned is the discription of the quantity and process we use to produce manure products. Our production capacity: 1) Crushed Bone(SRM Free materials): 1000MT per month. 2) Bone Grist: 500MT per month. 3) Crushed Hooves Meal: 500MT per month. 4) Steam Horn Meal: 500MT per month. Our crushed bone products are produced from only Indian Cattle who are bred, fed and slaughtered in Indian Territory and they 100% SRM free. Our supplies of raw materials required for producing crushed bone comes from Modern slaughter house. We also produced Hot water degreased Crushed Bone. We can produce any size of crushed bone as specified by the clients(Subject to feasabilty). Our product quality has been coplimented by many of clients as best bone products in entire subcontinent. Our products are vetrinary certified with Annex C. Our Crushed hooves meal and Steam horn Meal are produced with out care keeping all requirement in mind. We have a very strict quality control dept who looks into the production to ensure that our products meet all international norms. They dry, clean, free from iron, leather meal and other pollution. More than 13.5% nitrogen, free from runing condition and free from salmonella. We dont fumigate. These are few of the common process and steps that we take while producing manure products.
