ICPO will be issued instead of LOI direct to scrap owner via your company. We will need notice today to visit the scrap yard where the Used Rails are located. We will sign contracts and issue LC immediately once allocation is assigned. When we are at the yard, the owner must be presented to release scrap within 48 hours to assign logistics. We will need the following items before flying to location: 1. Set of 15 pictures from each yard and picture of yard name and location. 2. Documentation of ownership 3. Owner name, company name, and contact information for contract. 4. Port of loading location for each yard. 5. Logistical information. 6. Date of loading and shipping. 7. Soft Probe is available to the owner only and we need to send e-mail to HSBC. The bank account is China Government抯 account that will transfer to our USA Citibank account under RDLC. Payment terms: Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, 100% Payment month to month RDLC at Loading Port. ***SELLER NAME AND VERIFICATION MUST BE SENT SO WE CAN SEND E-MAIL TO CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OF CHINA TO ALLOW SOFT PROBE OF FUNDS (HSBC DIRECT BANKING OFFICIAL). Our other supplier can start delivery in 30days. We will need each scrap yard location within 6 hours to start our flight plan to arrange yard visit no later than Monday morning. Once we received first two shipments, we will contract additional 4 contracts. Please advise what the best pricing for the Used Rails are.
