**** Hidden Message *****内容 I have receiced mail from Busytrade.com with names of companies those produce Cocoa Powder. Our company, GO&YU VOF, is situated in Holland. We have two other companies.Our core competence is producing chocolates. We also produce Dried Fruits since 1949 and have in total around 250 employees and had a turnover of 20 mln USD in 2007. Our main goal is to find the right producer at the right time with the right price. We have started these processes last year. We are doing business with European suppliers in Holland, Spain, Italy etc. We've received attractive offers from several countries. Our target price is 700 USD CIF. 1.000 mtons is the initial purchase. The future prodcuer (which will be the supplier) will be met at mid of August 2008 for visitation of production facilities and placing the order.The delivery must be done in December 2008 or January 2009. We have been looking for producer of Cacao Powder, butter and liquor but Cacao powder is our main need. We will use cacao powder,- liquor and butter in our production processes, but also sell them in B2B (Medium Sized Enterprises)SME-market. Since last year we have been working on developing the market. We will barter the cocao powder with the products of our customers. Our business phiolosophy is paying cash and being paid in cash. This is also a way to keep the prices down and be attractive to our customers. One of the important pillars of the business is the appropriate pricing, where a good quality product can be offered for an attractive price. It is also of importance to look to the Value Chain and based on that route make a good judgement in pricing and cooperation. You can see in the attachment, the products specification that we use.
