Used rails: R50-R65; 2. Origin : Russia, Ukraine, CIF , Europe, USA ; 3. Length : 6-12 meters, or cutted 4. Total quantity per year 60,000.MT 5. Delivery quantity and schedule: The monthly quantity 5,000.MT ( +/-5% ) . The Seller to specify the first shipment and delivery schedule in the formal contract. 6. Loading port: At Seller抯 options; 7. Discharging ports: Shanghai range or Tianjiang port, China; 8. Package: loose package in bundles; 9. Inspection: Seller has to provide at Loading port AQSIQ Certificate as well as SGS Certificate for the Seller抯 account. CIQ and CCIC at Buyer抯 account if required, and not to be the part of payment documents. 10. Delivery : 30-45 days after opening L/C 11. Mode of payment: In US Dollars. By irrevocable, transferable 100% L/C at sight . 12. Unit Price: USD 275 PMT CIF 13. Performance Bond: Seller is issuing Operative performance Bond 2% in a 5 Banking days after receiving from the Buyers Bank non-operative L/C. 14. Yard ( loading port) visit: Yard ( loading port) visit is allowed after Buyers Bank issue SWIFT message MT799 as evidence of financial capability to engage in a particular Transaction. Buyer can stay in the port to check loading process. 15. Buyers Bank: Bank Name: Shanghai Commercial Bank Limited, Main Office,12th Queen抯 Road, Central, Hong Kong.
