We are looking for a supplier who can at least supply 2500 MT/month. We have a target FOB price of 300 USD/MT. DEFINITIONS As used herein the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below: (a) "ton" or "metric ton" shall mean 1000.- kilogrammes, (b) "FOB" or "free on board" shall mean free on board loaded, stowed (the stowage costs for the SELLER's account) and spout trimmed in the vessel at the loading port, Quality of the Steel Scrap and its standards: hms 1, hms 2 i) Safety: Steel Scrap must exclude any pressurised gas, fuel or other sealed containers, explosives, bombs, explosive shells, military ammunitions and inflammable material. If explosive material is dedected, then the Buyer reserves the right to reject the cargo to the Seller immediately. ii) Radioactive Material: Steel Scrap must exclude any bearing sealed radioactive material, chemical and medical radiation devices, steel construction scrap which is contaminated with radioactive material, and also must exclude scrap that has radioactive material spread along its surface. If radioactive material is dedected, then the Buyer has the right to reject the cargo to the Seller immediately. iii) Cleanness: Steel Scrap must exclude compressed or free tin cans, nail, bundle, steel rope, galvanised, tinned, enamelled, chromium, copper, lead coated materials, non-ferrous metals, foreign material and be free from dirt, oil, excessive rust, grease, paint pitch. iv) Residual and other alloys: Steel Scrap should not contain alloyed steel demolished vehicle parts and pig iron.
