The current design is based on a two layer, 1oz finished weight, 0.0325in FR4-08, 12mil min drill 8 mil min trace 10mil min space. We are in the process of sourcing Vendors for manufacturing and assembly of the PCB. We are looking for the Manufacture to be ISO-9000 with capibilitys to produce both IPC class 2-3. The manufacture must be able to produce UL/CE Certified PCB. We also require RoHS complience for both materials and manufacturing processes. The volume for this project is 20,000 to 80,000 parts for the first order. A fallow up EAU of 250,000 to 500,000 parts per 1-2 year projection. We would require a minum of 1000 pieces six weeks post prototype sign off. Artwork for the project would require minimal prototyping.
