详细内容 Our group is a direct buyer of rough diamonds. We are located in Israel and we are a licensed member of the diamond exchange center. We are interested to purchase rough diamonds in large quantities on a regular basis. We have the financial capability to purchase quantities worth 6 million USD on monthly transactions. We are currently looking for gem quality diamonds, 3 ct. and above, color H and above, clarity VS and above and we have an interest to work according to the following procedures:1) COD for inspection inside Brinks offices Tel Aviv. Parcel is transferred by Brinks according to the term: "For inspection inside Brinks offices".We are willing to pay the full shipment expenses from the carrier's location with our Brinks account. We will sponsor for the seller's agent a round ticket plus board and lodging expenses to accompany the parcel and to supervise the inspection process and payment procedure.2) Delivery by passenger.
